Professional Decision Making

What we were taught in university can actually be applied into real life situation.
So here's an example.

You are given one scenario, and now please make an appropriate judgement

Stage 1 Gather Relevant facts
-guidance to be applied, where can I get more help?

Stage 2 Prioritise and Ascribe Values
-family, wider public, yourself, your professional

Stage 3 Generate Options
-what could i do in this situation?
-consequences- what might happen if I select this option?
- probability- how likely are these consequences?

Stage 4 Choose an Option
-what should I do in this situation?
-justification
-defensive practice

P/S: Disclaimers:
Above were adapted into layman's term
