Being Pale

Mom had been complaining about me being pale with eye bags and dark circles.

Well, she hasn't meet my poor friend that need to work, study part time and take care of the whole family with nanny and three kids. #growingup

Perhaps, me and my friend need more girl's shopping, high tea time and nutritious food. LOL

Language Inferior

Yes, with my broken Cantonese and people still thinks I am from HK.
My mother's first language is Cantonese but because my grandmother could speak Mandarin too so I never able to pick up the language.

The difference between having friends who would encourage you to speak the language versus friends who will make fun of your pronouciation does make a big difference.

Yes, it is true that my spoken Korean language is almost comparable or much better than my Cantonese. *double face palm*

Everyday while working in stem research lab it feels like working with people like those in the Big Bang Theory TV series. The Phd students/ postdoc are the real life Sheldon and Leonard. So geeky...

Aim: To pick an auspicious date and commencing the productive final year project journey
Apparatus:Endnote, Journals, Moodle, my Jay Chou's Opus 12 album
Protoccol: Eat.Sleep.Read
Hazards: Procrastination and Laziness
Results: Zombiefied by the end of 8 weeks

Rewarded myself beforehand with tickets to London and a new smartphone -.-

Tension Headache and Jaw Pain

Precipitating factor of Tension Headache

• Stress: usually occurs in the afternoon after long stressful work hours or BEFORE an exam
• Sleep deprivation
• Uncomfortable stressful position and/or bad posture
• Irregular meal time--> hunger -->hypoglycaemic
• Eye strain

and yea, I am having JAW PAIN every morning probably because of stress too -.-
The rational was apparently I was grinding my teeth in my sleep due to stress.
